Free tools for dietitians and nutritionists

Three tools Indian practitioners use every day: a branded diet chart maker, an energy calculator built on the ICMR-NIN 2020 requirements, and an IFCT 2017 food exchange list. They run in your browser, and nothing you type leaves it.

Why these three

A consultation usually needs the same three things: an energy and protein target, foods swapped by exchange so the plan fits what the client eats at home, and a chart the client can keep. These tools do each step on its own. In Nutrena's dietitian software they are one workflow: targets on the client record, a meal planner that totals macros as you build, and a branded PDF plus a client app for delivery.

Frequently asked questions

Are these tools really free?

Yes. All three run in your browser with no signup and no limit. Nothing you type is sent to Nutrena. They are free because they show how Nutrena works; the CRM itself is a paid product with a 30-day free trial.

Who are the tools for?

Practising dietitians, clinical nutritionists, nutrition students and health coaches, mainly in India. The calculator uses ICMR-NIN 2020 reference values and the food list uses the Indian Food Composition Tables (IFCT 2017).

Do the tools use AI?

No. They are plain calculations and lookups on published data, so the same input always gives the same answer. AI diet plans are part of the Nutrena CRM, behind signup, and every AI draft is reviewed by the practitioner.

What does Nutrena add on top of the free tools?

Client records, 7-day diet plans with macros totalled from 20,000+ foods (8,000+ Indian dishes), branded PDFs, a client app, bookings and invoices. Every account starts with a 30-day free trial of Pro, then ₹999/month in India, $25/month elsewhere.
