Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Value-First Policy: Try Before You Pay

At Nutrena, we believe in providing value before asking for payment. We want you to be 100% confident that our practice management CRM, regional Indian and international food databases, and diet recipe builders perfectly match your professional workflow.

To let you evaluate the platform without financial risk, we offer:

  • 30-day free trial: Every new account gets full Pro feature access for 30 days — unlimited clients, 200 AI generations / month, diet plans, medical notes, and custom recipes. You authorise a UPI / card mandate at signup but you are not charged for 30 days. Cancel anytime during the trial and you will not be billed.
  • Cancel anytime: After the trial, the Pro plan is ₹999/month. You can cancel from your billing settings at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged for the next renewal.
Standard Policy SummaryBecause we provide a 30-day free trial that allows you to fully evaluate every feature of the software before the first charge, **Nutrena does not offer monetary refunds for completed subscription cycles or automatic renewals.** Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.

2. Subscription Upgrades & Billing

When you decide to upgrade from the Free tier to a paid subscription (Professional or Enterprise), the billing starts immediately.

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle (in INR or USD as selected at checkout). Monthly fees are non-refundable.
  • Annual Subscriptions: If you select an annual billing cycle, you receive a significant pre-calculated discount. Because of the substantial discount applied, annual fees are strictly non-refundable once the billing transaction is successfully processed.

3. Hassle-Free Cancellation (No Locked Contracts)

You have complete autonomy over your subscription. You can cancel your active paid membership at any time, directly through your dashboard settings. No need to write emails or call support.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your premium features will remain fully active until the very end of your current pre-paid billing cycle.
  • At the end of the billing cycle, your account will automatically downgrade to our Free Plan, preserving all of your patient charts, client histories, and recipe databases. The Free plan keeps unlimited clients; the only difference is the monthly AI quota (10 generations / month on Free vs 200 / month on Pro).
  • No further charges will be made to your payment card.

4. System Errors & Transaction Failures

In the rare event of double billing, system-side transaction anomalies, or payment gateway issues:

Please reach out to our accounts team within 48 hours of the transaction at Support Link. If our servers detect a double transaction error, we will immediately void the extra transaction and process a full credit reversal to your original payment method.
